Email Contact: We endeavour to return all email contact within 2 working days. Emails will not be replied to on weekends.

Shipping: Your order will be sent by Australia Post within 3 working days of the payment being received by us as cleared funds. If you opted for express post please check with Australia post that your postcode will receive express post Next Business Day. If you opted for Standard post then the estimated time of delivery is 3 to 10 days.

Payment: Direct Debit details will be available at checkout. If you opt to pay via PayPal the PayPal fee of 2.4% will be added to your total

Returns: Returns may be accepted on uncut, unused, resaleable lengths of over 1m. Returns will be made at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a return if there is no fault in the product. If you feel that your fabric is faulty please contact us by email to discuss a return of the faulty goods.

Lines in minky: Some minky products may have slight textured lines in the fabric. This is not a fault and is a result of the manufacturing process. The lines will fade with use and may even disappear after one wash

Cut Fabric: Fabric can be purchased as 50cm cut squares (50cm x 50cm), fat quarters (50cm x 75cm), half metres (50cm x 150cm) or full metres (100cm x 150cm) or multiples of these amounts. We are unable to cut at fractions of metres (eg 1.2m). Fabric will be cut in whole pieces - if you order 3m of fabric you will receive one 3m piece.
